Join the Alpha Phi Alpha - Mu Lambda Chapter for its Annual ALPHA MOVE event!
This is a FREE community event, open to ALL ages.
We simply want to encourage healthy physical MOVEment.
ALONG THE ANACOSTIA RIVER:
- Up to 5K (3.3 miles) for walkers/joggers IF they choose to do so (pace and distance are self-determined)
- An 8-mile cycle ride along the riverfront
- An 18-mile cycle ride for more seasoned cyclists; up to Colmar Manor Park (Maryland)
