MRCI (www.midwestccus.org) will hold our 2023 Partners and Stakeholders meeting on October 3-5, 2023, in Morgantown, WV. Our team looks forward to sharing the work we’ve been doing to accelerate CCUS acceptance and deployment in the MRCI region, including the Illinois, Michigan, and Appalachian basins, and east coast and offshore regions.
The main meeting will include updates from the Department of Energy, commercial efforts, and regional GeoTeams. Join us on October 3rd for your choice of one of two pre-meeting workshops focused on either Storage Resource Management Systems (SRMS) or Community Benefits Plans. A reception dinner will take place on the evening of October 4th at the West Virginia Botanic Gardens at Tibbs Run Preserve with a special keynote address from the President of the United Mine Workers of America, Cecil Roberts.
