Membership Building: Proven strategy's to increase your clubs membership - covering from before the a guest even comes to your club to when they join, including the "Shopping Around" phenomenon.Pathways: Member centered training including how to sell Pathways to a guest, selecting a path, explaining and helping a member with the process, bring your laptop and have all of your questions answered in the problem solving session.Mentoring: Explanation of whats required in each level in Pathways, How to implement the Advanced Mentoring Program into your club, resources supplied and a practical demonstration of the first steps for all attendees at the workshop. Your home club can reimburse your attendance cost as it is a legitimate education and training expense under the Toastmaster guidelines.
