Learn the history and how to of mozzarella making in this 30-minute flash class. Our Brand Ambassador will review the process of how mozzarella is made and provide ideas on how to best serve it including the art of caprese salads.

Caprese salads can be enjoyed year-round; that is, if you get the right ingredients and use them properly. In this flash class you’ll take a journey into the history, how-to and a tasting of the classic caprese salad, taste fresh mozzarella made right in front of you and you’ll be treated to a contemporary take on the classic caprese.

Additional Information:

• Includes a mozzarella making demo and guided tasting; this class is not hands-on.
•Guests receive glass of prosecco and variety of caprese tastings.

• Seating is guaranteed but is first-come, first-served. Check-in starts 10 minutes before the start of class.|
• Duration is approximate at 30 minutes and may vary by 10-15 minutes.
