Mozilla Working Open Workshop

KU Libraries advance discovery, innovation and learning for KU, for the state of Kansas and for a rapidly expanding community of world scholars. We equip our students for a knowledge-driven, global society, and we support research and scholarly communication through collaborative opportunities at KU and beyond.

The University of Kansas Libraries is partnering with Mozilla to bring the Mozilla Working Open Workshop (WOW) to Kansas on October 16-17. At this workshop you will engage with tools and strategies to:

Enable you to tell the stories embedded in your work
</LI>
<LI>
Practice project management using GitHub
</LI>
<LI>
Enhance your collaboration skills and opportunities
</LI>
</UL>
This workshop is hands-on and project-based, including lots of time for participants to make real, meaningful progress on their projects, and to network and collaborate across projects and disciplines.

A refundable deposit of $20 is required to hold your space in this workshop. This fee will be fully refunded to you when you attend the workshop or cancel your registration at least 24 hours prior to the start day and time. If you do not attend the workshop and do not cancel at least 24 hours prior to the workshop start time, you will not be eligible for the refund.
