SPNA - South Park Neighborhood Association

In lieu of a hearing for South Park residents to learn + offer comments about a neighborhood project, this meeting will serve that purpose.

In response to SPNA’s advocacy, you are invited to a presentation from Attorney James Pugh on behalf of his client, Light Stone DTLA, LLC. The presentation involves AC and Moxy hotels located at 1260 S. Figueroa. Briefly, DLANC approved a hearing waiver for 12 tenant spaces for service of alcoholic beverages, live entertainment, and public dancing. SPNA objected to the waiver and negotiated this presentation to give you an opportunity to learn what’s going on and ask questions about the potential effects on our community. It is important that we show up and engage in productive dialogue, as we hope it will be one of many SPNA presentations made on behalf of developers who want to bring their projects into South Park.
