Learning how to move with our body enhances our creativity.By using moving meditations and exercises in this workshop, together we will unlock creative flow, increase body awareness, energize the senses and imagination, and access creative impulses.Lynnia Shanley is a movement specialist and enthusiast. She has over 10 years of acting and movement training. She provides guidance on how to reconnect with the body through psycho-physical movement techniques, meditations, and visualizations.
