Join Clarity Fitness and VERY to learn more about how you can begin to have a better relationship with movement. Emily Yates, Recovery Coach with VERY, will combine her knowledge of athletics and eating disorder recovery to discuss 4 ways to redefine your relationship with fitness. Catherine Kradel of Clarity Fitness will then lead the class through gentle breathwork to reset the mind-body connection.
If you enjoy this discussion, make sure to register for the full-class package! Each class will discuss a different movement myth followed by gentle exercise, including yoga/meditation, strength, stretching, and dance.
All classes are weight-inclusive and size-inclusive, with various modifications provided to accommodate different needs and abilities. Your level of participation is up to you!

Yes!! With the expertise of VERY and Clarity Fitness, this class is designed to offer an eating disorder-informed, health-at-every-size approach to movement. If you are in recovery, we strongly encourage you to check in with your treatment team before engaging in any kind of exercise/movement.

The workshop will begin with introductions of VERY and Clarity; participants are welcome to introduce themselves, too. Emily will then lead a discussion/presentation on how you can redefine your relationship with fitness. Catherine will end the session with gentle breathing exercises.
