Who it is `for

The guide is accessible and useful for all ages except young children. It is 1.5 hour long but do take breaks and walks as you need at any point. Come along even if you have no prior experience, this is suitable for all levels from professional dancers to newcomers. You can't do anything wrong as all is open to adaptation. Others around you support being in this exploration and journey that you can and should own in your personal way to connect to movement and nature in ways it feels good and right.

You are also welcome to attend by just listening and observing. You can stand near one of the radios and witness how movement unfolds or take the audio you receive with this booking for a walk watching how it spreads across the park. If you prefer to witness rather than move you can do that throughout or perhaps you start watching and at some point feel like moving. All is possible.

Set in public spaces we are visible to the public. The transparency of movement explorations offers an opportunity for you and the public to witness how dance unfolds when we engage with our environment and it is an opportunity to become more comfortable in your body and movement that stretches our normative movement range, making you feel more free and ease to be in your body and with nature as the moment and your wellbeing asks for.
