Moving MEDITATION

Roger Hughes is a Licenced MassageTherapist (since 1995),TRAGERPractititioner, Instructor and  Movement Educator.He specializes in helping his clients achieve a lasting feeling of ease, aliveness and natural posture. His Moving Meditation classes are tailored to help participants harness the positive feeling(s) associated with inhabiting a freer, softer and calmer mindbody cnsciousness. His teachings are fun, informative and simple to adopt into your daily life!

The body is made to move in balance, supported by levity and gravity! 
Worry, disappointment, injury, loss and pain rob us of our inherent ability to move in ease and live in a more peaceful state.
In this Moving Meditation class you will learn natural ways of standing, walking and moving to better enjoy living in your body. In a pleasurable process of surrendering the weight of tension, your mental weight will lighten, fostering a clearer and calmer state of mind.  We will practice simple arm swings, soft leg tosses, spinal lengthening, tracking the cadence of breath and much more! If you are ripe to feel looser, freer in your structure or just want to drop any accumulated tension, this might be just what you have been looking for! Please wear comfortable-to-move in clothing. Please arrive a few minutes early so we can all start together!

Roger Hughes is a Trager® Practitioner, Instructor and he has been a state licensed massage therapist since 1995. Roger’s passion and enthusiasm in ghiding of Trager Principles offer ways to help others discover and renew their own inherent feeling experience toward cultivating a lighter, freer and more connected way of living in the body.
