Overview

Join Rachel Duvall for a movement, mindfulness, and expressive arts workshop.

In the midst of deep winter, do you find yourself longing to reconnect to yourself and being in your body? Do you wish to connect with others and uncover your intentions for the new year? Join Rachel for a movement, mindfulness, and expressive arts workshop designed to help you connect with self and others while learning tools to calm the nervous system and enliven creativity.

In this workshop you will experience guided and freestyle dance as well as expressive arts techniques to help you find greater clarity and connection to your body and your intentions. An afternoon of dance, art, and community with others seeking greater connection to themselves and the joy of being in their bodies. All levels of movement experience welcome!
