What if I need to cancel this event?

You have 7 days from the event start date to cancel your event. Please reach out to your event coordinator if you need to cancel. If you're emailing about a cancelation, please put EVENT CANCELLATION in the subject line. Fees collected by Event Brite are non refundable.

The price point says 20 guests, but I have less than 20, is there an option for less than 20 guests

Ticket/Reservation packages start at 20 guests. Likewise if you have more than 25 but less than 30, you need to select the 30 guest option when booking the event.

Our event will only have Adults, are there Adult Beverage packages availble?

There are no adult beverage packages. Feel free to discuss your needs with the event coordinator who can make sure they're able to server you guests quickly on the day of the event.

Can I bring my own DVD?

Yes, you can request to play a DVD of your favorite movie. Please coordinate with the event coordinator who may request a date to confirm the DVD will work with our systems.

I clicked on a showtime but I'm unable to purchase a ticket ?

If you click into a showtime and see that one of the 3 ticket packages shows available tickets as 1/1, then the event is no longer available for sale. You'll need to back out and select another time or date for your event.

I see the max size of this event is 45 guests. I have a larger group. Can you still accommodate me
