Movement & Mindset is a nurturing 2-hour monthly session designed to support your body, mind and nervous system.

Movement & Mindset is a nurturing 2-hour monthly session designed to support your body, mind and nervous system in a calm, intimate environment.

This space blends neuroscience, hypnotherapy and embodied movement with the power of women gathering intentionally.

Your morning includes:

Mindful Pilates (30 mins)
To strengthen, regulate and reconnect with your body.

Guided Hypnotherapy (30 mins)
To access the subconscious in a safe, relaxed state — where lasting mindset shifts begin.

Mindset Integration & Discussion (1 hour)
Practical tools, reflective work and supportive conversation to help you shift patterns and build confidence.

This is not about pushing or perfection.
It is about safety, regulation and sustainable change.

Rooted in science.
Held with softness.

Tea, coffee and cake provided.
An optional WhatsApp support group is included.

£15 per session
Spaces are intentionally limited to maintain depth and connection.

Tickets for Movement & Mindset are non-refundable.

However, if you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another woman. Please notify me in advance with her name and contact details so I can update the attendee list and send the necessary information and medical form.
