Amy and Emily would like to invite you to join them in a colaborative creative retreat. Through gentle yoga and somatic movement practices, mindfulness and making, it is our hope you will feel rested nourished and connected to the parts of you where creativity exist. This retreat afternoon will sit at the heart of the spring and will harness the new rising energy of this time of new ideas, new beginnings, new life and new growth. A time of possibility and hope and a season that connects us with the wood element, encouraging relationship with the earth and our kin, with flexibility, steadiness, new growth and the ancient. You will be offered a space and a practice to support the detangling of narratives and stories that block the flow of natural creativity and through the use of natural materials the means to express what is there for you in the here and now. It is our aim that the movement, medative and making practices will be accessible to most people.No yoga or art experience is required, just an openness to explore. We will provide a light lunch, tea and some cake!
