Kick off a great weekend with an online Movement Hackers class that you can take from your bedroom.

We'll use multisensory cues, such as touch, smell, and taste, to make who you are more accessible through your movement.

Seriously-- wear your PJs. (though if you need a bra to move around with energy, you might want one)

Bring something that delights your nose, a morning snack we can eat together

Through Movement Hackers practices, you'll get support for your goals, for your purpose, and your body. The movements we do will help get your body out of pain and build habits that will help you regulate yourself in times of stress.

Movement Hackers will help you to develop an understanding of your own physical body and how it can help you not just feel physically better, but emotionally better, and emotionally stronger.

And the best part? It's going to feel easy.

Frequently asked questions

What should I bring?

Bring: Something you like the smell of-- a candle, incense, an oil, a plant, a flower... whatever works for you and your nose. A small snack or drink to enjoy as we chat at the end. Something to write with and on.

What should I wear?

Something comfortable and easy to move in-- feel free to roll out of bed and come in your PJs! I usually add leggings and a bra to whatever I slept in, but that's about as fancy as I get, heh.
