About this event

  • Event lasts 3 hours

Join us for Cafe Chisme, a cozy and intentional healing circle presented by Buena Vegan Social Club, featuring Ayurvedic Elements by Cristina and sound healing by Venus Sabay.

We’ll open with warm herbal refreshments and plant-based snacks by Cheeze and Thank You, then ease into guided community conversation around a shared theme…rooted in love, liberation, and personal truth. Cristina will introduce her specially crafted tea blend, Love & Liberation, and offer insight into Ayurvedic care and plant-based healing.

After our communal chisme time, we’ll close with a gentle sound bath led by Venus Sabay, helping us ground, rest, and integrate before saying our goodbyes.

This is a soft space for real ones. Come as you are, sip slow, and speak freely.
