Move&Align: Awaken Your Body, Calm Your Mind
This unique practice is designed to cultivate a deeper connection between body and mind. Through mindful movement and breath, we’ll awaken the body, increase body awareness, and gently work on stretching and strengthening muscles. Combining the principles of Pilates and yoga, this session will guide you through full-body movements that leave you feeling balanced and aligned.
We’ll end with a soothing meditation, allowing your spirit to center and refocus before you return to your day.
