Exercise is Medicine Canada at Queen’s University

<P CLASS="MsoNormal">Exercise is Medicine Canada (EIMC) at Queen’s is holding its 4th annual “Move with Our Docs” event on Saturday, June 9, 2018. This year, EIMC at Queen’s continues to challenge health care providers (including physicians, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, etc.) from the Kingston community to form teams with each other and their patients to participate in a fully accessible 3 km walk through Queen’s Campus and along Kingston’s waterfront. Health care providers, patients, and community members are all welcome! The purpose of this event is to advocate for the most effective prescription for healthy living available – physical activity! </P>

<H2 CLASS="MsoNormal"><STRONG>ITINERARY:</STRONG></H2>
<P CLASS="MsoNormal">9:30 am -  Registration opens</P>
<P CLASS="MsoNormal">10:15 am - Welcome speech and zumba warm-up</P>
<P CLASS="MsoNormal">10:45 am - 3 km walk</P>
<P CLASS="MsoNormal">11:30 am - Closing remarks, refreshments, and draw prizes</P>

<H3 CLASS="MsoNormal"><STRONG>PRIZES:</STRONG></H3>
<P CLASS="MsoNormal">New Balance running shoes, 3 60-min RMT massages by Curtis Marlow, 1-month pass to Oasis yoga studio, a fitbit, women's golf gift basket, an ipod shuffle and more!</P>
