The morning begins with a guided soccer session for mothers and their children. As younger children transition into a supervised coloring activity, mothers will step into a dedicated wellness moment featuring gentle stretching, breathing exercises, and a guided conversation on health, wellness, and building a life beyond motherhood.
Each ticket admits one mother and up to three children (ages 5-13 years old), keeping the experience intentional and intimate.
