Tiffany grew up as a competitive dancer and graduated from NKU with a Bachelors of Fine Arts degree. After college, she continued her career with Cincinnati’s Exhale Dance Tribe for four seasons. Later, she decided to take her dreams to the seas along Royal Caribbean Cruise Line as a dancer/aerialist. While at sea, she discovered her passion for fitness and health. Tiffany has taught a variety of classes over the years: dance, barre, sculpt, tone, and HIIT. She is currently teaching at Dance Factory Fitness. Tiffany loves to dance under the lights with her DFF family!
