Welcome to Move toward Resilience!

Join us for an inspiring event focused on building inner strength and overcoming challenges. Whether you're facing personal struggles or simply seeking motivation, this gathering is for you. Led by Roshonda Thomas CEO of DeStress the Community - connect with like-minded individuals, and leave feeling empowered to tackle whatever comes your way.

Use the educational section of this class to better understand and lovingly navigate your own stress level. We cannot always change the pace that life comes at us but we can hopefully embrace the challenge or learn to minimize the battle through help and support.

The yoga asana section of this class is designed to help you reconnect to your body. This class ends with an extended savasana and deep rest so you can recharge your own batteries and fully digest the teachings provided.

Don't miss this opportunity to move forward and embrace your resilience! See you there!

This class is also recommended for mental wellness clinicians to better understand how yoga when paired with therapy can help patients move through troubling circumstance as well as provide understanding of which styles and studios to recommend.
