About this event

Move to Improve is an exercise class designed using evidence-based methods specifically for individuals who want to counteract the effects of movement disorders such as Parkinson’s Disease. Participants will build endurance, increase agility, and improve flexibility as they move better with more confidence in this supportive group setting. All exercises can be done seated or standing, so no matter what mobility level you start at, everyone can benefit!

This six-week series meets for 1-hour every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

NOTICE OF TWO PROGRAM POLICY: Community Health Education Center (CHEC) programs are designed to be the first step on the path of your continued wellness journey. To ensure we can continue serving our community in this role, participants of this program are only eligible to attend for a total of two (2) series. Following completion of the second series, the participant will no longer be able to attend the same program but may attend other CHEC programing. Please contact the CHEC with questions about this policy.
