'Move Through It' is a guided small-group track session designed to help people reconnect with movement in a supportive and approachable environment.

This session combines walking, jogging, interval training, and track-based movement with structure, encouragement, and accountability. Whether you are returning to exercise, missing the structure of athletics, feeling intimidated by traditional run clubs, or simply looking for a more intentional way to move, all levels are welcome.

What to expect:

• Walk/jog interval training
• Beginner-friendly pacing options
• Supportive small-group atmosphere
• Cool down and closing reflection

This is not a competitive running group. The goal is to create a space that feels supportive, structured, and approachable for a variety of fitness levels and experiences.

Please bring:
• Water
• Comfortable athletic clothing/shoes
• Anything you may need for outdoor movement

Location:
Chelsea Track / Chelsea Park

Spots are intentionally limited to keep the experience small and supportive.
