At 45 years old and a proud mother of five children ranging from 21 years to 4 years old, Lashelle embodies the essence of a busy yet balanced lifestyle. As a passionate advocate for fitness, health, and wellness, she is dedicated to empowering women to prioritize their well-being in MIND -BODY-SPIRIT while juggling the demands of everyday life.
Meet Maria Blue, a RESILENT 21-year-old who has TRIUMPHED over lupus nephritis. Despite facing a challenging year of battling lupus Nephritis, 50 lbs of fluid retention, enduring three blood clots (lung, Kidney, arm), and undergoing five blood transfusions, heart arrhythmia and three bleeding ulcers in just three weeks time span, Maria remains determined to MOVE forward. Her unwavering SPIRIT and dedication to overcoming physical and health obstacles inspire those around her as she embraces the journey of movement despite adversity.
