Join us in July at PCYC Marrickville for 2 days of fun & movement at our FREE workshops!

PCYC Marrickville

Each day will have 2 x 1-hour interactive, energetic &amp; fun sessions, with breaks for morning tea &amp; lunch, which will be provided for FREE at the on-site cafe.This program is running over 2 days. You're welcome to register for 1 or both! Registration is required for each parent &amp; child (1 x ticket per person). This fantastic program is funded by Inner West Council, which means priority will be given to families living in the Inner West LGA. Please note: our program is for children aged 5-12 &amp; their parents/carers only. No childcare for children under 5 will be available.Day 1 topics:<ul><li>5 food groups – Australian guide to healthy eating</li><li>Breakfast</li><li>Drinks</li><li>Intro to sleep &amp; screen time</li><li>Homework activity: sleepy sheepy sleep tracker &amp; screen time tracker</li></ul>Day 2 topics:<ul><li>Sleep &amp; screen time - discussion</li><li>Fats &amp; sugars</li><li>Label reading</li><li>Healthy swaps</li></ul>We will have exclusive use of a basketball court too!Best suited to school children aged 5-12 years and their parents and carers. Please note, adults must attend with their children to enjoy the interactive learning and movement sessions. See you there!
