Welcome to “Move It! 2022” – we’ll gather, have some door prizes, set our intention, and get going! <ul><li>Lead with JOY – Deb McGregor, Neurotransformational Coach &amp; nationally syndicated radio host, shares how to move out of trauma, grief, pain, or stress and into JOY!</li><li>Embody Joy – Dr. Peter Minke, national &amp; international wellness trainer, discusses his 3-Part Wellness Strategy applied to switching your body out of stress mode and into JOY mode!</li><li>Relax into Joy – Amy Minke, massage therapist and wellness trainer, demonstrates simple selfcare techniques (for your vagus nerve and cranial nerves) to get out of “fight or flight” and into “rest and digest.”</li></ul>

Take a break with a variety of yummy essential oil-infused snacks (included with your ticket). Enjoy the fellowship and jam to the music (maybe even take a dance break)!
