About this event

Join us for "Move for your Mood" – a 40 minute well-being extravaganza! Need to shake off stress and dive into your body? This event is for you!

Why? Because getting moving can soothe your nerves and process those pesky emotions.

Here's the plan: We'll gather in a circle, set intentions, and dive into a guided body-scan mindfulness exercise. Then, with the lights dimmed, we'll groove to slow and fast rhythms, letting loose with gentle prompts. Finally, we'll circle back to reflect on our journey.

No experience required! Feel free to take breaks as needed.

Meet Naomi, our fabulous facilitator! She blends her love for dance, teaching, and psychology to create well-being magic for everyone. With a trauma-informed approach, Naomi guides us step-by-step through the joy of movement. Let's dance our way to happiness!
