Join us for a strength-based work out with Angela!
Angela is an accredited exercise physiologist (AEP) and has been qualified for almost 18 years. She works at the University of Canberra and specialisies in exercise and health across a wide range of areas including diabetes, cancer, arthritis, injuries and pain, mental health, and importantly, women’s health and pregnancy.
Angela and her female students have created the 'Move for Strength' classes. These classes are designed to help you feel more confident and able to do strength-based exercise. Some of these exercises and classes are available on our YouTube channel https://www.youtube.com/@ActiveBeginningsProgram
- Make sure you arrive a few minutes early to get settled in and meet with the instructors!
- This centre is family friendly - there are toilets, change rooms, space for prams, and a kitchenette.
- Babies and children are welcome!
- This room offers privacy and is a women-only space.
