Get ready to move, connect, and make a real impact. Move for Meaning is a community wellness fundraiser supporting the Distress Centre of Ottawa, bringing people together through movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connection.
The event begins with a 50-minute guided yoga session led by Julie Chaput, designed for all levels, whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner. This is your time to stretch, breathe, and reset. Afterward, stay and unwind with refreshments, drinks, and open social time, where you can connect with others, share good energy, and be part of a supportive community.
This isn’t just an event, it’s a pop-up experience focused on mental wellness, movement, and giving back. Come for the yoga, stay for the vibes, and leave knowing you’ve contributed to something meaningful.
Please bring a yoga mat and a water bottle.
