Get up and get ready to get moving with 41 Action News anchor Cynthia Newsome. “Move For Good KC” is a fitness, health and wellness event. This year, it seeks to raise breast cancer awareness and share the importance of fitness after the diagnosis. Newsome recently began her second battle with breast cancer after beating the illness seven years ago. Hear her story and learn how you can be your best self while working out for a cause. Bring your family, friends and fellow breast cancer survivors as we get fit with Tony Temple Fitness, Lonnie Bush Fitness and Core Power Yoga. All you need is a yoga mat and a bottle of water.
 
Donations will benefit Back in the Swing, a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving and protecting your health after breast cancer through education and awareness. All donations benefit local breast cancer survivors.
