<p>Join the teams from Trilogy Fitness Systems, Absolute Kinetics PT, and MEAS Active for a group work out that will include mobility work, strength training, and even a little competition for some great prizes. All proceeds from the event will benefit Living with Change. Living with Change works to support transgender youth and their families in their living with change journey.
