Reflection Riding is a 501(c)(3) environmental learning hub that reconnects Chattanoogans with nature. Reflection Riding

Gather at Reflection Riding for mindful movement, breath work, and connection with nature with Lookout Mountain as your backdrop.

Reflection Riding Arboretum & Nature Center

Gather at Reflection Riding twice monthly, the third Thursday and fourth Monday of each month from March thru September, for mindful movement, breath, and connection with nature. Chattanooga Yoga instructors will lead 60-minute sessions against a beautiful backdrop of Candy Flats and Lookout Mountain. Each adult attendee must sign this waiver to participate. A parent or legal guardian must sign a waiver for each child participating. Please provide email addresses for each adult (and parent/legal guardian of children) during sign-up.As an outdoor facility, our programs and events are almost always dependent on the weather. In the event of severe weather, programs may have to be canceled.
