What should I bring to a circle?

Accepted Answer

Unless something is suggested in the event description, you will need nothing but yourself. Some of our circle members like to bring their journals to record any insights. You are also welcome to bring items from nature to add to our altar, as well as crystals or other sacred items to charge.

Question 2

Is the circle indoors or out?

Accepted Answer

Our circles are indoors until late spring, then we will move into the grassy area in front of the UU building, weather permitting. The location is secluded from view and no one else uses the building at that time.

Question 3

Will I have to sit on the floor?

Accepted Answer

We typically sit on the floor for circle, however there are chairs available and several circle members use them. We have some yoga blankets available to sit on and you are welcome to bring your own cushion or blanket for that purpose.
