Welcome Mountain Bikers!! A strong skillset is nothing without a strong mindset. Let's start off this season with a bang!

In this workshop we will cover the 4 main mindset blocks in mountain biking:+ How to work through the fear of falling, so you can ride into features with more confidence and less rigidity. + Science backed tools to bust through the feelings of overwhelm and start taking the steps forward that you&#x27;ve been desiring. + Where to find finding mentorship and community to keep you moving in the right direction and not spinning in circles.+ And the grand finale, we will start untangling the internal negative self-talk and create a sense of self empowerment you can dip into at any time. On or off the trail.B﻿ring pen and paper! You&#x27;re going to want to take some notes!!
