About the hosts!:

Brittney Garland: is a personal trainer, yoga teacher, wellness coach, group ex instructor, dance teacher, and wellness event facilitator who is passionate about helping those who have had past injuries, limitations, or are postpartum. She created mother's mindful movement with Deanna to help provide educational resources for mothers and community to connect and share what it is to be a mother and how we can work with our bodies to keep our strength and energy. She is a mother of two and passionate about helping mothers thrive!

Deanna Marr: Is an Occupational Therapist. Currently, she has a private practice in Palm Habor Fl; however, she has lived and worked in the Tampa Bay area her whole life. Since 2000, she has worked with kids to older adults. It wasn’t until her own pelvic health issues a couple of years ago until she knew about therapy for these issues. It is a subspeciality that hasn’t been highlighted effectively until recently. That experience has led her down the path to make sure that everyone that is struggling with pelvic floor dysfunction has the knowledge and resources to help themselves. She is also a mother of two!
