Mother's Day Weekend is coming up, and we want to pay tribute to incredible women! Whether you're a mama or you're looking for something fun to do with your mom, this class is for you!

We've got a relaxing slow flow planned for the morning, which means lots of deep stretches, mindful movement, and a long, juicy savasana at the end of class. We want you to feel #blessedanddestressed, so we've got a signature pink cocktail lined up for chill time afterward (or during - we like to play it like that!)

We're offering some special ticket options this time:

One ticket for $10

Two tickets for $15

Three tickets for $20

Grab a mama (or two) who needs an hour to herself and come bliss out with us! After class, grab brunch downtown and make a day of it.

Please come at least 15 minutes before class to claim your mat space and get your zen on.

Note: You do not need to be a mother or bring a mother to attend. "Family" comes in all shapes and sizes, and "chosen family" is just as valid. ♥ If you have an awesome grandma, a dad who's filled the mom role in your life, a super rad step-parent, or a bestie you go to for all of your serious life advice, bring them!

Do you have a yoga mat I can borrow?

Yes! Yoga mats are available to borrow on a first come, first served basis.

I'm a mom - can I bring my kids?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 13 at this class.

Is a drink included in this class?

$10 covers the cost of two tickets - drinks are available for purchase at the bar before and after class.

I've never done yoga before...what should I expect?

We will be engaging our bodies in an hour of mindful movement. If you don't feel "flexible," we got you! There is no such thing as a "yoga body"; ALL bodies are valued here!

Is this going to be a hard class?

Absolutely not. :) A slow flow gives us an opportunity to take things down a notch. This should feel restorative.
