Mother's Day Meals To-Go

Celebrate the extraordinary mother figures who nurture, guide, and love us with a heartfelt gesture this Mother's Day. You are invited to pre-order delicious, home-cooked meals and desserts made to-go that can be picked up on Saturday, May 11th from 11 Am to 1 PM at the Meals on Wheels of Lancaster location on Columbia Ave. Tickets for this event must be purchased by Saturday, April 27th and all of the proceeds will benefit the important work Meals on Wheels of Lancaster does to serve the community.

This event is a celebration for all the extraordinary mother figures in our lives-- from mothers, grandmothers, and caregivers to anyone who nurtures and guides us. We invite you to treat your mother figure to freshly prepared meals and decadent desserts, carefully prepared by the staff and volunteers of Meals on Wheels of Lancaster. Every purchase, every bite, supports the invaluable mission of Meals on Wheels of Lancaster. Together, let's ensure that no mother, grandmother, or caregiver goes unnoticed or unappreciated.

Pre-order now, before Saturday, April 27th, for a memorable celebration. Purchase any combination of the delectable offerings listed below and stand a chance to win fabulous raffle prizes! Raffle winners will be announced on Saturday, May 4th. Pickup of pre-ordered items (including raffle items) will take place on Saturday, May 11th, between 11 AM and 1 PM at Meals on Wheels' facility on Columbia Ave, and experience the joy of giving back while savoring the flavors of love.

Our meals are thoughtfully portioned for individual serving sizes, ensuring each recipient receives a personal touch of care and flavor.

Gene Wenger's Famous Hamloaf - $20
One of the most popular dishes that we serve at Meals on Wheels! Delicious hamballs topped with pineapple sauce and served with sides of roasted potatoes & broccoli. Serving size suitable for one person.

Vegetarian Lasagna - $20
A delectable vegetarian dish served with sides of carrots and green beans. This entree is prepared in a cream sauce (not a red sauce). Serving size suitable for one person.

Sweets Box - $20
Indulge in desserts for Mother's Day! This box will include a brownie, a piece of carrot cake, chocolate chunk cookies, and fudge (vanilla and chocolate). Decorated with a small bouquet of fresh-cut flowers. Serving size suitable for two people.

Celebrate any occasion with up to 10 guests with a Private Paint & Sip Party hosted by Paint & Sip Studios PA. This is for a paint party at your location (home, office, etc.). Whether you are looking to craft an artistic masterpiece with your friends and family or host an unforgettable and fun teambuilding experience with your coworkers-- this is a great way to relax, enjoy good company, and let the creativity flow. A hand-painted rectangular ceramic tray adorned with decorative flowers and accompanied by a well-balanced and rich bottle of 2009 Boyanci Inspire Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley.
