🌿 Grounding with Nature: Start your day with a grounding exercise amidst the tranquil surroundings of nature, allowing you to connect deeply with Mother Nature. Feel the gentle breeze and let the earth beneath your feet rejuvenate your spirit and guide you into a state of calm reflection.

🌸 Creative Expression: Under the open sky and amidst the lush greenery, let your creativity bloom as you craft your own unique flower mandala, a radiant symbol of gratitude and reverence for the nurturing forces that shape our lives. Each petal a testament to the beauty of maternal love and the interconnectedness of all life. Through this meditative practice, we'll honor the nurturing essence of motherhood in all its forms, whether it be the bond with our own mothers, the love for our children, or the nurturing connection we share with the natural world.

🎨 No prior experience is necessary—just an open heart and a willingness to express yourself creatively. All materials will be provided, but feel free to bring any special flowers, foliage or objects you'd like to incorporate into your mandala.

Come celebrate the universal language of love and join us for a morning of harmony, inspiration, and creativity. Whether you come alone, with cherished loved ones, or as a tribute to the maternal figures who have touched your heart, this workshop invites you to celebrate the universal language of love and connection that unites us all.

What is a Flower Mandala?

Mandala is a geometric design that has a spiritual meaning in various Asian cultures and is widely used as a meditative tool that allows a reflective connection to ourselves, assisting in stress reduction and restoring inner peace. A Flower Mandala is a form of temporary art created using a variety of natural materials, primarily flowers and other plant elements. It allows us to connect with the healing and grounding powers of nature while symbolizing the life cycle of the flower and honoring the bloom of the moment.

Art and Nature

Creating art in nature contributes to our sense of happiness, relaxation, and overall health as well as allow us to connect and appreciate the natural ecosystem around us and find our place within it. With the spring season bringing new energies into our lives, there is no better time to go out and enjoy nature’s abundance!
