Come and shop with our crafters/vendors through an amazing event celebrating the return of Spring to Spencer, IA. We will have fun crafts available for the kids too!

PLEASE ONLY "PURCHASE" TICKETS IF YOU ARE A VENDOR. THIS IS A FREE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC EVENT AND ALL ARE INVITED TO JOIN US.

Event Date: Saturday, May 4, 2024

Event Time: 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. (Set-up starts at 7:00 a.m. and to be completed by 8:50 a.m.)

Event Location: West Leach Park, Spencer, Iowa

Host: Spencer Small Business Group and Jenny's Gifts and More (Be mindful of scammers! You will only submit to Jennifer Bennett or Jenny's Gifts and More).

NO INTERNET OR ELECTRICITY AVAILABLE - WE APOLOGIZE IN ADVANCE

Each space purchased is one 10 x 10 space outdoors (rain or shine). Vendor provides their own tent/shelter, table(s) and chair(s). Proper weights must be used to help secure all tents, shelters, fixtures, tables, etc. Please be mindful of the wind when deciding upon your displays.

Set-up time is Saturday, 05.04.2024, starting at 7:00 a.m. Please be prepared to complete your set-up by 8:50 a.m. Upon arrival, please check in at the marked table for vendor check-in. You can certainly unload all items for set-up/display by your booth; however, we ask that you unload quickly and then move your vehicle to the designated vendor parking to keep the line moving efficiently and allow time for all vendors to unload and set-up.

$40 non-refundable payment due with this registration form to hold your spot.

Rules/regulations:

-We reserve the right to cancel any/all reservations for this event for any reason. In the event of a cancellation, monies paid will be refunded to each vendor.

-Event host(s) reserve the right to cancel any/all future reservations made by any vendor acting in a manner deemed inappropriate by the event host(s).

-In the event of a vendor cancellation, there will be no refunds of monies paid to the event hosts.

-No late arrivals. Must be set up by 8:50 a.m. and cannot tear down until 2:00 p.m.

-Vendors must be set up during all hours the event is open to the public.

-Direct sales/MLM vendors will be limited to one of each company per event so register early. [Ex: Avon, MaryKay, Color Street, etc.]

-Handcrafted vendors are limited to selling the items listed within the registration form. If you wish to add/remove certain items, please contact the event host(s). This will help us maintain a market with a wide variety of items for the customer.

-It is the responsibility of the vendor to collect Iowa sales tax and remit same to the Iowa Department of Revenue and Finance.

-ALL FOOD VENDORS: Must maintain a listing of the ingredients contained in their products and be prepared to answer any questions about food allergies to customers.
