This Mother's Day, give yourself or the special mother in your life a moment of pure relaxation and renewal. Join us for a serene, candlelit Gentle Flow & Restorative Yoga class designed to nurture both body and soul.

Let the soft glow of candles and gentle, soothing movements guide you into a deep state of relaxation. This class is the perfect way to unwind, release tension, and reconnect with yourself in a peaceful, supportive environment. Whether you're a busy mom or simply seeking a mindful retreat, this restorative practice will leave you feeling calm, centered, and deeply nurtured.

Here’s what you can expect:

* A gentle hatha flow to warm and open the body, followed by restorative poses supported by props for ultimate comfort and relaxation.
* A soothing, meditative atmosphere enhanced by soft candlelight, meditative music, essential oils, and poetry readings.
* Intentional time devoted to honoring the mother within

This class will be led by Sarah Pascual, a mother to her two-year-old son. Deeply inspired by her own journey as a mother, Sarah understands firsthand how much mothers give to their children and families. She is honored to hold this special Mother's Day practice and looks forward to guiding you into a state of deep rest and relaxation.

Meet Sarah Pascaul

Sarah is a Bay Area native, ocean lover and a new mama living down by the beach in the Sunset District. With 16 years teaching both locally and internationally. She draws from a wide tapestry of mind-body healing modalities that she's studied: Hatha, Restorative, Yin and Satya yoga, Holistic Massage Therapy, Subtle Body Energy Work, Self-Inquiry and Soul-Based Coaching. She gracefully and methodically weaves these teachings together with deliberate attention to what her students may need, guiding them towards a more conscious connection to body, heart and spirit. Sarah's warm and welcoming energy is felt and allows you to show up exactly how you are, she believes through practice one can create flow, authenticity, grace and ease on and off the mat, inevitably pouring out into all aspects of life.
