Please Review All Thethe Information Below Before Continuing Your Reservation
Seatings begin at 9:00 am and continue every 15 minutes. The final seating will be at 1:30 pm. Limited reservations are available for each seating time. Quantities of reservations available at each time slot are subject to change based on incoming reservations. Reservations are based upon an hour-and-a-half service window.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your reservation to check in and settle the bill. The entire party does not need to be present to be sat, but it is preferred. Reservations will be released after 15 minutes, and availability may not allow the party to sit in these cases.
A Non-Refundable Deposit of $50.00 is charged at the time of Reservation. Deposit is subject to Eventbrite's Taxes and Fees. Deposit credited towards bill at check-in.
To complete your reservation please complete the Order Form emailed to you following your ticket purchase. This will indicate how many Adults, Seniors, and Kids you have in your party. Please have this information ready before booking as Eventbrite only provides 30 minutes to complete the form during your ticket purchase. Upon check-in, you will be charged the total amount, minus the deposit, for your party based on this order form.

Frequently asked questions
Your final bill for the party is due at the time of reservation check-in. This will be credited with your $50 from the deposit charged today. There will be a bar available and alcoholic beverages will be charged separately.
The $50 Deposit charged today (Plus Eventbrite Taxes and Fees) holds your reservation. When paying the full bill at the time of reservation check-in this $50 will be credited towards that final bill. This is a non-refundable deposit, so if the party cancels or does show, this will not be refunded.
Your ticket includes the all-you-can-eat buffet and any non-alcoholic beverages. Non-alcoholic beverages include water, iced tea, coffee, juice, and milk. A limited bar will be available, but any alcoholic beverages or sodas purchased from the bar are charged separately.
If you need to change the of your party, please call the Waterloo Convention Center directly to adjust this information. We will do our best to accommodate changes the day of, but we are setting the room to the reservations, so advance notice will ensure limited waiting time the day of.
There are a limited number of high chairs and booster seats available for children. If you need one make sure to note this on the reservation questionnaire and will do our best to accommodate.
We suggest any who have limited mobility for any reason use the Commercial Street doors as it has a large drop-off zone and easy access to the building. The event is being held in the Ballrooms on the second floor and an elevator is conveniently located just inside this entrance.
The Mother's Day Brunch will be in the Ballrooms on the second floor of the Waterloo Convention Center. All lobby entrances and the skywalk connecting us to the parking garage will be open for entry. Check-in will be outside the ballrooms on the second floor.
Street parking on the weekends is free. If you would like the parking garage downtown is always available as well and subject to their fees. For your convenience, the Waterloo Convention Center is connected to the the parking garage via the skywalk.
