Moth MagicDiscover the Nightlife of Berriew!Join us for a magical evening exploring the hidden world of moths with the Montgomeryshire Moth Group at the Andrew Logan Museum of Sculpture. As twilight falls over the village, we’ll be setting up light stations around Berriew to attract and record these fascinating night-time visitors. Friday 1st August, 9pmStarting just before sunset – running for approx. 2 hoursWhat to Expect:• A short introductory talk on moths and how to identify them• Guided identification stations with experts on hand• A chance to see rare and beautiful species up close• Great for families, nature-lovers, and the curious!What to Bring:• Sensible shoes and warm clothes • A headtorch (we will have some spares) As part of a family-focused weekend at the museum, we’ll also be offering moth and pollinator themed crafts and creative activities inspired by real moths recorded during the evening!Free entry. Suggested donation £5. Limited places so booking is essential!All ages welcome – no experience needed.Come along and see the village in a whole new (moon)light!
