CLASS DESCRIPTION:
Bring the beauty of nature into your home by learning how to create a unique and beautiful piece of moss wall art. Join the instructors from Potahto as you learn how to use natural materials like preserved moss and cork bark to design your own masterpiece. Preserved moss does not require any watering, so it’s perfect for those with a busy lifestyle or one without a green thumb. Working with moss is as relaxing as it is beautiful. Bring your creativity and join us in this fun workshop.
All materials will be provided. Workshop cost includes a 8"x10” frame, preserved moss, cork bark pieces, other natural items, cute embellishments and non-toxic glue. Workshop is suitable for both adults and kids. No experience required.day.

Since 2017, Potahto has been dedicated to bringing the beauty of nature and plant-inspired decor products to our customers. Our journey is rooted in the love for home aesthetics and a deep appreciation for the serenity of plants and natural elements. Some of our products have also been featured in Better Homes & Gardens' DIY Magazine and Bethesda Magazine.
We enjoy crafting unique natural decor pieces for our customers' homes and offices, transforming ordinary walls into stunning vertical garden displays. Our joy lies in empowering people to get creative, and have witnessed fun, artistic pieces crafted at our moss workshops. Frequently asked questions
Yes! We are excited for any little aspiring makers to join us in the DIY classes, but we do ask that if your little is under 13 they are accompanied by an adult. Please know that some of our classes use sharp, hot, or otherwise hazardous tools for children’s use.
Yes! To substitute the event wine, we have a selection of local non-alcoholic options. Including canned coffee, assorted mocktails, water, or lemonade. Please let an associate know if you require a non-alcoholic option.
For a full refund to your original payment method, attendees must reach out to the Event Coordinator for a refund 3 days in advance of the class. If after 3 days before the event, a credit to your Eventbrite account will be given.
If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled, you will receive an email from the Event Coordinator to inform you of your refund options. If there is another upcoming class with the same instructor, you can also choose to transfer your ticket to a new date.
Yes! Our Shop Made gift cards can be used for classes, you will just need to contact the location directly to have the card processed in our system and we can manually enter you into the Eventbrite backend.
Nope! Teachers and Shop Made provide all class materials unless otherwise stated in the class description.
