Come join us for the debut of Morning Beat in Boulder! Morning BEAT is an international morning sober rave to start your day off right! Ring the morning in with community wellness, good vibes, great music, and delicious local breakfast and drinks. We adhere to a strict no-drugs and no-alcohol policy. Instead, indulge in an array of fresh juices, smoothies, coffee, cacao, & more! Bring your kids too - this is an intergenerational community-friendly space. Let this event fuel your Friday and sprinkle a little more joy around Boulder!
The DJ: DJ ANAIA
Anaia weaves magic on the dance floor infusing elements from her travels in South East Asia, Central America & the jungles of Hawaii. Her sets are deep and juicy, woven with cohesive attunement to support your nervous system to unwind and your body to open to its organic intelligence. She welcomes you to be with whatever is present, knowing what arises in your dance is the medicine and alchemy that is needed in the moment.
The Yoga: Liz Morris
Liz, a yoga teacher with 17 years of experience, initially trained with Integral Yoga Institute in 2006. She seamlessly integrates academic studies, yoga and dance teaching, and personal experiences, offering a unique approach. Her passion lies in the power of life force energy, eros. She empowers individuals to explore their authentic selves and create profound transformations. Liz also works as a somatic educator and invites you on a transformative journey of self-discovery and growth through the mind-body connection.
•MORNING YOGA FLOW•Pre dance at 7am we will have a yoga flow to ease into the dance. Bring your yoga mat!
