You are more than mama and it's time to start prioritizing YOU!
During this three-hour workshop, you will learn mindfulness techniques that you can implement into your day to help regulate your nervous system and understand how you can begin to reparent yourself from a Human Design perspective. To end the workshop, you will be guided through a 30-minute breathwork practice followed by a guided visualization to connect to your inner child and Soul Self in guided visualization.
Breathwork is not suitable for everyone. If you have any conditions listed below, please use the breathwork portion as a meditative experience instead.
Contraindications: Present or near past experiences of severe mental illness, neurological conditions, heart attacks/conditions, heart disease, history of blood clots, spiritual emergency/crisis, epilepsy and/or seizures, asthma, diabetes, detached retina and other ocular issues, high blood pressure, pregnancy, recent physical injuries including fractures and surgeries.
