Have you certified in multiple methods but still feel as though you are under-educated?Have you worked diligently to perfect a method - spent thousands on trainings, followed very rule to a T - but continue have issues with damage on specific clients? Are you looking for extension education that teaches you foundational knowledge instead of a static set of rules? Do you want to learn how to give each individual client a result that works best with their unique canvas and specific needs? More Than A Method will be more than just a class - It will be an opportunity for you to completely reset the way you approach installing extensions. You’ll learn how to : •Communicate and connect through a detailed consultation.•Recognize common scalp issues and recommend science based solutions to address them.•Asses clients as individuals and create a customized installation for each guest.•Brainstorm solutions and utilize creative placement to accommodate any head shape or growth pattern.•Problem solve common installation issues (from sectioning and beading to pinning and sewing).Itinerary:- Meet &amp; Greet Breakfast -The Consultation : Setting up for Success-The Assessment : Scalp Science - Catered Lunch - Hands-on Theory and Small Group Learning on Live Models : •Sectioning •Beadwork •Pinning •Stitching - Revelations / snack time *This class is for licensed stylists who have at least a year of hidden bead extension experience.*

Need to knows: •Please bring a small kit- all that is required are your favorite pliers, comb, wet brush, clips (double or single prong, whatever you prefer), a needle (whatever size you prefer), and 2mm or 3mm beads. If you do not have any of these items please email christine@paintandpixie.com to notify me so that I can provide them for you.*•This class will not include any discussion or demonstration of specific methods. Please do not inquire about methods during the class.•No NDAs, blood oaths, or promise of your firstborn 😉•Breakfast, lunch, and snacks will be provided
