More Love: Heart Puja and Conscious Movement

More Love is a workshop in intentional space to explore and heal around relationships, facilitated by Leigh Jacobs and Lauren Sovereign of Durham.

Through guided meditation, an intentional container, sacred community, a heart puja circle and ecstatic dance, the evening extends layers of space inviting community to explore, release, and embrace new mirroring and repatterning in subtle and powerful ways to be incorporated into our bodies, hearts, lives, relationships and communities.

A heart puja, also known as a tantra puja, is an opportunity to entrain our energies through partner exercises that last around 4 minutes each, incorporating affirmations, mirroring, communication, movement and other elements that create opportunities for the experiences of being seen, heard, understood, expressed, met, valued, and cherished. These breakthrough experiences are extremely powerful in healing one’s heart and being open to healthy expressions of love in relationships.

This event is open to both single and partnered people-partners can work with eachother if they decide, or they can individually join the greater circle. The experience benefits individuals both in deepening in a current relationship, or in manifesting a partner.

All are welcome - heterosexual and LGBTQIA+. There are two circles for each community to experience in one space. One circle offers the opportunity to strengthen the masculine and feminine polarity within relationships, and the other circle offers the opportunity for people to connect in a personally authentic and fluid way. Please select which ticket fits you best so we can make sure numbers are balanced for partner work.

We end the night with an opportunity to dance together, moving within the sacred container of ecstatic dance for an hour.

Nonalcoholic heart opening elixirs including Lotus Rose tea, cacao and healthy snacks are available for purchase.

Leigh and Lauren are honored to create this unique space. About the facilitators:

Leigh Jacobs, a licensed massage therapist, tantra bodyworker and professional cuddler, has devoted herself to the art of healing touch, merging her passion for movement and spirituality into each session. Since 2012, her journey in conscious dance has been a profound exploration of human expression and connection, tracing back to her early days of dancing and sports. Beyond her role as a therapist and cuddler, Leigh sees herself as a facilitator of intimate connections, prioritizing heartfelt conversations over small talk. Her ongoing spiritual self-development journey has been transformative, leading her to delve into sacred sexuality immersions to address past and present wounds. She deeply values the power of human connection through heartfelt interactions and views dance as a sacred avenue for nurturing intimacy and facilitating healing. Leigh is passionate about sharing her values and experiences with others, aiming to inspire and uplift those around her.

Lauren Sovereign is a gifted and compassionate artist and healer. Her expressions are shaped from her upbringing and travels, infused with her unique vibrational codes. She embodies a clear channel for creativity, healing, and illumination poured into all her offerings.

Lauren is a Brennan Healing Science practitioner, a modality created by NASA physicist Barbara Brennan, introduced in her luminary book Hands Of Light. Lauren is a Reiki Master Teacher, Sound Healer certified by Tom Kenyon, Violet Alchemy practitioner and ceremonial facilitator. Lauren is also a decorated DJ, singer/songwriter, visual artist and fashion designer, sharing these expressions in the name of personal and collective transformation.

Within a time where relationships are shifting to more a spiritual foundation and individuals are increasingly dedicating themselves to awakening and self actualizing, the reasons and agreements for primary relationships have shifted. Lauren is passionate about facilitating relationship healing during these times for personal and generational healing, expanding the energies of joy, safety and fulfillment in our hearts.
