Overview

Men Operating Responsibly in Emotion is a leadership circle in Norwich, CT and surrounding areas.

When job demands become overwhelming and therapy isn’t breaking through, men can shut down, creating a breeding ground for impulsiveness, depression and addiction. That’s why we created the Men Operating Responsibly in Emotion (MORE) Experience. This leadership circle is a confidential, judgment-free space where individuals come to sharpen their character, strengthen their relationships, and stay aligned with the life they say they want. Step outside of the walls of therapy and the office and get grounded in your goals, beliefs and coping skills.

In this 10 week series, participants show up honestly and hold one another to a higher standard around integrity, emotional regulation, faith and purpose, fatherhood, career, and what healthy masculinity truly looks like today. Through expert-led open dialogue, accountability scorecards to guide practical goal-setting, and consistent check-ins, members receive both encouragement and the kind of truthful feedback that drives lasting change.

Whether you’re navigating leadership, family responsibilities, personal discipline, or simply don’t want to walk alone anymore, this group provides structure, support, and accountability. You’ll leave each session grounded, challenged, and reminded that growth doesn’t happen in isolation.

Join us for orientation on February 11th 2026 at the Latinos for Educational Advocacy and Diversity (LEAD) at 48 Franklin Street in Norwich, CT at 6:30 pm ET.
