Let the soothing melodies of crystal bowls, Harp, Tibetan singing bowls, and gentle percussion instruments guide you on a journey of relaxation and renewal.

Before the event, complimentary hors d'oures and drinks will be served, we usually chill and chat as a community! There will also be a tea and kombucha bar for sale and various Miraval experiential items.

Sound Meditation Presents - Home of the nation's largest sound baths!

'The Sound Healing Symphony' originated in San Francisco in 2015, and has been the largest sound bath in the country. We've been featured in NBC Today, SF Chronicle, CBS News and more. Our mission is to popularize the practice of intentional relaxation and sound baths.

We also teach sound baths & sound meditation, so this practice can spread across our community.

Guy Douglas - Conductor {crystal bowls, gongs, Native American Flute}

Guy Douglas, co-founder of Sound Meditation SF, is a Sound Healing Practitioner/gongmaster. He has been involved with the healing power of music his whole life from many different perspectives: writing, recording, producing, and performing. He has studied sound healing techniques & the Eastern philosophy of music, which helps clear dormant pathways to open the heart.

Keith Anderson {Didjeridoo}

Keith Anderson, a San Diego native whose journey from a turbulent punk rock lifestyle to a beacon of healing and love spans over two decades. Despite facing the chaos of addiction, Keith emerged with a profound commitment to inner transformation and growth. Now, with over 22 years of sobriety under his belt, he channels his wealth of experiences into a mission of empathy and compassion.

Keith's path led him to the realm of sound healing in 1998, where he found his calling in harnessing the power of vibration. He honed his craft under the guidance of pioneers like Joan Ocean, Patricia Cramer, and Jeffrey Thompson. His repertoire includes practices like didjeridoo, toning, and whale song recording, reflecting his deep connection to nature's rhythms.

Dana Danmara {Monochord & Chimes}

Dana Damara is a speaker, published author, Master Yoga Teacher Trainer, healer, and servant of the heart. She is also an embodiment coach, Reiki Master, essential oil Doterra© Team Leader, Astrologist, and sound healer, offering private healing, coaching and yoga sessions, astrology readings, as part of her divination tools.

Amelia Huerta {vocals}

Amelia has an innately intuitive connection with sound and music. She is a versatile musician, vocalist, percussionist, and multi-instrumentalist, and has been actively pursuing therapeutic applications of sound and music for the past 8 years. Committed to healing and the expansion of consciousness, Amelia facilitates both private and group sound healing sessions using a variety of musical instruments as well as her angelic ethereal voice.
