Moonhack - let's break a world record and change our planet!  - Battons des records et transformons la planète!!

Moonhack is an initiative launched by our friends from Code Club Australia that we&#x27;re happy to join in Luxembourg. Let&#x27;s break the world record for the most kids coding at the same time! It will be one big event on Saturday 30/5/2020 starting at 15:00. Of course we will not meet in person, but in a video conference room.The theme of this year is sustainability. Let&#x27;s code for our planet! With the help of a drone, you will regenerate forests and fight against desertification by sowing seeds! It&#x27;ll be so cool! 🌱🌴🌻This event is open to every kid, but designed for kids with some knowledge of Scratch, like our code club members. Someone who has never coded before would be well advised to participate in our <a href="https://scratchday-luxembourg-2020.eventbrite.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Scratch Day</a> workshop first!Participation is free of charge. This is possible with the help of our volunteer mentors who will coach your kids during the coding workshop. Since it&#x27;s Luxembourg, coaching will be available in 4 different languages.And it will not be possible without your help, parents! We need you to stay around (not too far) and help your kids with any technical or personal issues. You should also print the project documentation in advance. And we insist that you should meet us online for a tech-test the day before, to make sure that you can access our video chat room!Please book 1 ticket per child / laptop that will join the video conference and let us know which languages they speak. Connection details will be emailed to you before the event, so that you can also join your chosen tech-test appointment! _________________________________________________________

Il s&#x27;agit de relever un défi : celui de battre le record du monde du nombre d&#x27;enfants qui codent en même temps pour un même événement ! Ce sera un énorme événement auquel nous nous joindrons le samedi 30/5/2020 à partir de 15h. Ce sera cool! 🌱🌴🌻Cet événement est ouvert à tous les enfants, mais conçu tout de même pour ceux qui ont déjà une certaine connaissance de Scratch, comme les membres de nos Code Clubs . Quelqu&#x27;un qui n&#x27;a jamais codé auparavant serait bien avisé de participer à notre atelier <a href="https://scratchday-luxembourg-2020.eventbrite.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Scratch Day</a> d&#x27;abord, avant de s&#x27;inscrire à cet événement là !! La participation est gratuiteC&#x27;est possible grâce à nos mentors bénévoles qui encadreront vos enfants pendant l&#x27;atelier de codage. Puisqu&#x27;il s&#x27;agit du Luxembourg, le coaching sera disponible en 4 langues différentes.Et naturellement, ce ne sera pas possible sans vous, les parents! Nous avons besoin de votre aide pour assister vos enfants en cas de problème technique ou de logistique personnelle. Nous vous demandons également d&#x27;imprimer la documentation du projet à l&#x27;avance et nous insistons pour que vous nous rencontriez en ligne pour un test technique la veille, afin de vous assurer que vous pouvez bien accéder à notre salle de vidéo conférence !Veuillez réserver 1 billet par enfant / ordinateur portable qui participera à la vidéoconférence et indiquez-nous leur nom et les langues qu&#x27;ils parlent. Les détails de la connexion vous seront envoyés par e-mail avant l&#x27;événement, afin que vous puissiez également rejoindre votre rendez-vous de test technique choisi !
